Position Overview:
This position is a seasonal contract from September 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027 with the possibility of extending. Part-time and full-time positions are available with the possibility of coming back the next school year. This is an in-office position.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person to provide information and resolve issues. Handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively and professionally.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying customer needs and helping them to resolve problems promptly. Using knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Sharing customer feedback and insights with management.
  • Communication: Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to resolve customer issues. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using customer service softwares, CRM systems and other relevant tools preferred. Comfort with navigating multiple systems simultaneously. 
  • Schedule Flexibility: We value work-life balance and understand the importance of flexibility. This position requires availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends,
